Base unit

Inspect water cooling
Inspect transport pump
Inspect the pinch valve

Inspect inputs and outputs of separate components
Inspect the tightness of electrical connections
Dryer
A separate maintenance manual for the dryer is supplied by VISMEC.
Every day
Clean the process and regeneration filters
Every month
Clean the outer surfaces of the cooling elements and the inlet air slot.
Every 3 Months
Check the state of all the pipes, wiring and gears inside the machine.
Every 6 months
Check and if necessary replace all the machine filters
Check the tightness of the electric terminals.
