- Inspect filters

- Inspect hopper for wear (especially for high productivity facilities)
- Inspect heater bands
- Inspect thermocouples
Every year
- Inspect bearings for play
- Apply new grease to the bearings
- Inspect the tightness of electrical connections
- Inspect the nozzle assembly.
Base unit

Every month
- Inspect water cooling
- Inspect transport pump
- Inspect the pinch valve
Every Year
- Inspect inputs and outputs of separate components
- Inspect the tightness of electrical connections
Dryer

- Clean the process and regeneration filters
Every month
- Clean the outer surfaces of the cooling elements and the inlet air slot.
Every 3 Months
- Check the state of all the pipes, wiring and gears inside the machine.
Every 6 months
- Check and if necessary replace all the machine filters
- Check the tightness of the electric terminals.
