This article explains how someone can register to access protected content (like manuals, training, and other content) if their associated company is registered as a customer.
CEAD's Service team uses a system to provide support, and within the same system, this Knowledge Base is set up. Based on certain settings related to an associated company, someone could be given access to the right content using their company-email. As soon as these properties are changed within the system, an automated email should be sent out asking to setup your account. The procedure below explains how to setup your own account (or reset your password if you already have one) if you have never received this email.
Note: the belowmentioned procedure is only effective when using an email with a company domain that is known with CEAD Service (e.g. @ceadgroup.com). In general, @gmail.com, @outlook.com or similar addresses are not automatically recognized. Contact CEAD Service if you need access to this content.
- Navigate to the Sign In page on this Knowledge Base. Click Sign In in the right top corner.
- Option 1 - select 'Forgot Password' & enter your password. If your email is known an automated email is sent out to reset your password.

Option 2 - Receive a sign-in link. Enter your email (1), select to agree to process your email (2) and click on Email link (3). After this, you should receive an automated email with sign-in link.
